Our Service Abilities

Recurring Day Portering

Our primary program includes daily exterior property maintenance. Cleaning property litter, replacing common area trash liners, leaf blowing, and general cleaning is routinely performed to upkeep property appearance.

Customizable plans are available.

Valet Trash

We offer valet trash services to our clients who need this for their tenants. If it requires multiple time or nightly services, those needs can be accommodated. APS can also provide containers and schedule a time to pick them up and remove the waste.

This is an add-on feature

Bulk Item Hauling & Clean Up

Illegal dumping can be a nuisance for property managers. We understand the eyesore this can be and the urgency needed to remove it quickly. APS has staff ready to dispatch to the property and have these unwanted items removed from the premises.

This service is by special request.

Property Beautification

As an extension of our recurring day porter service, we also work with management to determine a daily, weekly, or monthly beautification schedule. Wiping window mullions, cobweb cleaning, and trash container cleaning are just a few of the additional items that need to be maintained.

This can also be added to our recurring trash portering service.

Power Sweeping

APS has a team of sweeping crews who can make sure larger parking lots are maintained efficiently. We work with management to determine a sweeping schedule based on the property's size and needs.

Add-on feature for bigger properties

Pressure Washing

Pressure washing dumpster pads, equipment, and other parts of the property are essential to maintaining a clean aesthetic. We assess these areas during our routine site assessments and suggest them to management as needed. These services are also available upon request.
